March 2010: NCI enters into Joint Development Agreement with leading technology and service provider in the oil and gas industry for targeted materials development.
April 2010: NCI awarded Phase I SBIR contract by US Army to develop advanced elastomeric materials for tracked vehicle applications.
May 2010: NCI awarded Phase I STTR contract by National Science Foundation in support of efforts to develop a pressure sensitive elastomer membrane; this effort is in collaboration with Professor Manuel Quevedo of University of Texas at Dallas.
